Page No.# 2/2 It is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the respondent/petitioner has undertaken that he will not pursue with the petition being T.S.(R).Case No.10/2022 filed by him under Section 22 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954, before the Court of the District Judge, Udalguri, BTC, Assam for reinstitution of conjugal right, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner has an instruction to withdraw this petition. In view of the above, and as agreed upon by both the parties, this petition stands closed in terms of the mutual settlement between the parties. With the above, this petition stands disposed of.
