Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. Pursuant to the order dated 11.06.2025, the Corpus Manshi @ Manshi Panwar is present before this Court and on the query being raised, she states that she is aged about 24 years and wants to go along with the petitioner no. 2, Kulvindra Panwar, who is her husband. The respondent no. 4 (father of the corpus) has no objection. The legal expense pf Rs. 20,000/- which is deposited at the Treasury be released by the Registrar General of this Court in favour of the corpus at the earliest. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is allowed. Registrar (Compliance) shall ensure the safety and security of the corpus and the petitioner while returning back to the home.
