[B.A. 1710/2025 B.A. 1963/2025] --- 03 / 09.04.2025 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner- Parmod Yadav @ Pramod Yadav in B.A. No. 1587/2025 and the petitioner- Shahil Ansari in B.A. No. 1710/2025 seeks permission to withdraw these bail applications. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, both these bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Heard the parties in B.A. No. 1963 of 2025. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111, 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih. 2. 3. On 19.12.2024, Cyber Police, Giridih apprehended the petitioner- Md. Nazmul Ansari along with other co-accused persons from a place near Khandoli More in village Sijua and seized mobile phones and other articles. 4 Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that no person has turned up to claim that the petitioner has cheated anyone. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner- Md. Nazmul Ansari @ Nazmul Ansari @ Md. Najmul Ansari on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner- Md. Nazmul Ansari @ Nazmul Ansari @ Md. Najmul Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S.
