The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3895 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 307 & 406 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the order of the maintenance court, the interim maintenance amount of Rs. 6,000/- has been fixed to be paid by the petitioner to the O.P. No. 2 which, as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, is being paid regularly. 4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 has no instruction in the matter as he is unable to contact his client. 5. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75976 of 2025(5) dt.18-06-2026 2/2 light of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 3895 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
7. The maintenance amount shall be regularly paid by the petitioner to the O.P. No. 2.
