Rai, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Shweta Singh, A.P. P. -------- 03/ Dated 11.04.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 303(2)/317(5)/112(2)/271/272/275/210 of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. It is alleged that on 06.12.2024, Dumri Police intercepted two vehicles bearing registration Nos. PB11DB-7568 and UP63T-2593 near Toll -2- Plaza, Kulgo, Dumri. On search, huge quantities of prohibited fish were found to be loaded on the trucks. It was submitted that petitioner No.1 Manjit Singh is owner-cum- driver of truck bearing registration No. PB11DB-7568 and petitioner No.5 Gandan Lal is owner-cum-driver of truck bearing registration No. UP63T- 2593. It was further submitted that other petitioners are laborers which was hired by the transporter. It was also submitted that petitioners were not aware that the prohibited fishes were carrying out in the vehicles. It was finally submitted that petitioners are in custody for more than four months and chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Dumri P.S.
