By means of present petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents "to provide the third ACP applicable from 01.03.2021 (i.e. Grade Pay 4600) to the petitioner provided under the Govt order ve. Aa-2-773/das-62 (m) 2008, (Assured Carrier Progression i.e. ACP) dated 05.11.2014 and revise the pay/salary accordingly' to secure the ends of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before respondent no. 3 by moving representation dated 24.3.2025, which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel states he has no objection if direction is issued to respondent no. 3, who is competent authority in the matter, to decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound period. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.3.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
