Case No. 139 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D, and 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar. 3. On 25.12.2024, at about 09:00 a.m., Cyber Police, Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled near Turi Pahari, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones and SIM cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anyone. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
