Heard Mr. B. Kirankumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Ms. Merina, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1. None appeared for the proforma respondents. The present application has been filed for setting aside abatement due to expiry of the petitioner in the connected civil revision petition No. 2 of 2023. Ms. Merina, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent submitted that she has no objection in allowing the present application. I have heard the submission advance by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and also perused the record. In my considered view, sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants for setting aside the abatement. Accordingly, the present application is allowed by setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner in the connected civil revision petition. With the aforesaid direction, the present application is closed.
