The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.58, dated 30.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 108, 351 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar. 2. This Court vide order dated 29.05.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 29.05.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel has filed status report dated 05.08.2025 in the Court today and the same is taken on record. 5. Learned State counsel on instructions, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.
