Hon'ble Vikas Budhwar,J. 1. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Rahul Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Sri J.P. Gupta, learned AGA for the State and Sri Amod Pandey for the opposite party No. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants while inviting attention towards the supplementary affidavit filed today, Annexure-SA-1 at page 7 so as to contend that on 21.05.2025, the parties have entered into compromise out of the Court and a direction be issued for verification and in the meantime interim protection be accorded, necessary averment has been made in para 2 of the supplementary affidavit. 4. Learned AGA as well as counsel for the opposite party on. 2 has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the said submission, the application stands disposed of directing the applicants to appear before the court below on 08.08.2025 along with the self attested copy of the present application, certified copy of the order and original copy of compromise application. On the receipt of the same, the court below shall make endeavour to put to notice the other party and thereafter verify the compromise application within a period of two months. 6. Till the verification is done in the compromise application so submitted by the parties, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the proceedings of summoning order dated 30.10.2007 as well as entire proceedings of complaint case no. 692 of 2007 (Smt. Ruksana vs. Matloob and others), under Sections 406 IPC, pending in Court of Judicial Magistrate, Budhana, P.S- Budhana District- Muzaffar Nagar. 7. The protection accorded to the applicants is only available subject to compliance of the terms and conditions and timeline as provided herein and in case of default, the order shall stand vacated without reference to the Bench.
