Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the application. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed. 2 5. Accordingly, the order dated 13th June, 2025 is recalled. 6. WPA 8371 of 2024 is restored in its original file. 7. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. 8. Let the matter appear on 15th December, 2025 under the heading “New Motion”. 9.
