The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 20.05.2014 passed in ROR-313/2013-14. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that vide order dated 20.05.2014, status quo was granted. Despite order dated 20.05.2014 Kanungo/Girdawar, Madina had issued notice to the petitioner. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the whole record of this case with his able assistance. 4. A perusal of the file shows that no contempt is made out since in the notice itself it is stated that if there is any stay/restraint order of any Court regarding the subject matter be presented on the spot so that proceedings can be implemented as per the rules. 5. In view of the same, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 6. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
