It is seen that the baby, son of the petitioner (corpus herein), is gelling well and appears to be attached to the father. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also placed before the Court receipt and the admission form to demonstrate the admission of the corpus in Shri Guru Ram Rai Public School, Patel Nagar, Dehradun. 3. In that view of the matter, the corpus being in the custody of the petitioner, who is the father and natural guardian, the petition does not call for further direction. 4. Be that as it may, respondent nos.4 to 9 being the maternal grant parents and others related to late mother of the corpus, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to permit visitation by private respondent nos.4 1 2025:UHC:5412-DB to 9, in the event they desire to meet the corpus. The petitioner shall not deny visitation rights to private respondents. 5. Petition stands ordered accordingly. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________ G.
