The petitioners have filed the present application being CAN 2 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated June 13, 2025 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default for none appearance of the petitioner when the matter was called. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier advocate-on-record has also filed an application being Can 1 of 2025 praying for similar order and after change of the brief the petitioner has filed this application. 3. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners perused the materials on record, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for none appearance of the petitioner before this Court on June 13, 2025. Accordingly, the order dated June 13, 2025 is recalled. 4. WPA 9179 of 2024 is restored in its original file. 5. CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 are disposed of. 2 6.
