[2025:RJ-JP:9473-DB] (2 of 2) [CRLW-218/2025] Police (East), Jaipur, and therefore, prayed for waiving of condition of one attested surety of Rs.50,000/-. Learned Additional Government Advocate opposed the writ petition (parole). We have perused the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by District Magistrate, Jaipur and the report submitted by Deputy Commissioner of Police (East), Jaipur. From perusal of the above said report, it is revealed that the petitioner is financially weak and he is not in a position to furnish one attested surety of Rs.50.000/- as imposed by the authority concerned, and thus, he is unable to avail the benefit of grant of second regular parole and perusal of the above said order reveals that the petitioner was granted second regular parole subject to furnishing of personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and one attested surety in the like amount. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and present facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this D. B. Criminal Writ Petition (Parole) modifying the impugned order dated 30.09.2024 passed by District Magistrate, Jaipur qua the petitioner to the extent that the petitioner be released on second regular parole upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and the condition of submitting one attested surety of Rs. 50,000/- is waived of.
