This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 and 484 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 64(1) and 351 (2) of the BNS, in connection with Gumla Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate – 1st Class, Gumla. 3. The prosecution case is that the petitioner has raped the victim and resultantly, she became pregnant. Though, an FIR has been lodged after she has become pregnant but the allegation is direct and specific. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 5.
