JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 2 18-08-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 74, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that Ramdayal uprooted the pillar Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53302 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/3 from the land of the informant, on objection Ramdayal assaulted him by kudal causing injury on head, thereafter petitioners also assaulted him and his wife and when his daughter-in-law came to save them, Ramdayal dashed her on the ground and acted inappropriately, thereafter Pramila took her chain worth Rs. 35,000/- 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case being related to Ramdayal. It is next submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners and as far as allegation of snatching the chain is concerned, the same is ornamental. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bakhari Patna High Court CR.
