It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of petitioners that the award has been prepared and the compensation has been paid to his agnates. In this regard, representation has been filed by the petitioners before the Land Acquisition Officer under Section 64 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (RFCTLARR Act, 2013) on 02.12.2023 (Annexure 5), but the same has not been disposed of till date. 3. Under the circumstance, respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the representation within 12 weeks from the appearance of the parties with documents of their claim, after hearing both sides.
