The instant writ petition has been filed seeking the following main prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to register the list office bearer of the Committee of Management Begum Zaibunnisha Imiliya Belthara Road, Ballia of the year 2024-2025 pending before the Assistant Registrar Firms Societies and Chits Azamgarh." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has made a innocuous prayer for a direction to the Assistant Registrar Firms Societies and Chits Azamgarh to finalize the list of office bearers of the Committee of Management Begum Zaibunnisha Imiliya Belthara Road, Ballia 2024-25 especially in a time bound manner. 3. Per contra, Shri Deepak Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel appeared and vehemently opposed the writ petition but could not controvert the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Shri Deepak Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents, perused the contents made in the writ petition and the documents on record. 5. Without entering into merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are directed to approach to the respondent no. 2 along with certified copy of this order. After receiving the order, the respondent no. 2 is directed that the list of office bearers of the Committee of Management Begum Zaibunnisha Imiliya Belthara Road, Ballia 2024-25 be finalized expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving of the said order. 6.
