However, by order dated 16.01.2025, the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nanded Region, Nanded has dismissed the application for intervention. Against the said order, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3] The respondents are served. Respondent no.1 has entered his appearance in the matter. The respondent 2025:BHC-AUG:30417 2 4284.25WP no.2, though served, has not entered appearance. 4] The learned counsel for the respondent no.1, on instructions, concedes to the prayer clause-B of the petition. 5] The respondent no.1 is 73 years old and that the change report is pending before the Deputy Charity Commissioner. In view of the same, the Deputy Charity Commissioner is directed to decide the change report within a period of six [06] months from the date of production of this order and no unnecessary adjournments be granted. 6] The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they would co-operate the Deputy Charity Commissioner in deciding the pending change report. 7] The Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
