On his request, put up this case as fresh on 20th March, 2024" 2. Matter was again listing on 20.03.2024 and an adjournment was sought by the learned counsel for the applicants. 3. Thereafter, matter was again listed on 24.04.2024 and applicant took time to file supplementary affidavit. 4. Today when the matter is taken up, no one has put appearance on behalf of the applicants to press the application, which shows that the applicant is not interested to press the application, accordingly, the application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands rejected for want of prosecution.
