On 03.02.2025, an inspection was done of the shop run by the petitioner and it was found that there were grave irregularities. Thereafter, the license of the petitioner was suspended and proceedings initiated. The petitioner challenges those orders. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though his license has been suspended, but the petitioner had already filed his objections on 20.03.2025 to the respondent no.2, the District Magistrate, Haridwar (Annexure No.4 to the writ petition), which has yet not been decided. He seeks directions to the respondent no. 2, the District Magistrate, Haridwar, to decide the objections filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner. Learned State Counsel would submit that the objections filed by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of six weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel.
