The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. Case No.237 of 2020, (S.T. No.52 of 2021), for the offences under Sections 302, 201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar. On 15.01.2020, brother of the informant namely Rohit Raj @ Golu went missing. On 25.01.2020 his dead body was recovered from Udaypura Poro, Jharia forest, Latehar. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2020. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar, in connection with Latehar P.S.
