This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, C/CA/5635/2024 ORDER DATED: 17/07/2025 1963 for praying to condone the delay of 84 days in all the applications except one application bearing Civil Application No.5645 of 2024 wherein delay of 77 days which has taken place in filing of the first appeal. 3. Having considered the contentions and averments made in the applications, the delay in preferring the first appeals is not intentional and there is no lethargy or negligence on the part of the applicants. 4. In view of the above facts, sufficient cause is made out. Delay is condoned, as prayed for. 5. This application is allowed. No order as to costs. (D. M.
