By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought quashing of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the order dated 07.10.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.7967 of 2023 by the learned Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad. Perusing the record it appears that the said order dated 07.10.2023 is already kept in abeyance vide order dated 08.11.2023 passed by the coordinate Bench and explanation from the concerned Judicial Officer is called for which is already submitted. Considering the aforesaid fact, the observations made in paragraphs 2 to 4 of the operative order dated 07.10.2023 R/SCR.A/14700/2023 ORDER DATED: 20/06/2025 passed in CR.MA No.7967/2023 by the learned Additional City Civil & Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad stands deleted. So far as prayer clause 5(c) is concerned, no case is made out to grant the same in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
