The respondent school admitted it to be an inadvertent mistake and supports the claim of the petitioner. It has forwarded the proposal for necessary correction to the Education Officer, who is seized of the matter. 2. It is informed by learned A.G.P. that, the said 2025:BHC-AUG:31023-DB Writ Petition No.10597/2021 :: 2 :: proposal has already been turned down by the Education Officer. In view of the judgment in case of Janabai w/o Himmatrao Thakur Vs. State of Maharashtra & ors. [2019 (6) Mh..L.J. 769], we direct the respondent No.3 Education Officer to revive the said proposal and reconsider the same on its own merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
