No.422/2025 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Gadag1, wherein the Trial Court rejected the request made by the petitioner in respect of modifying the condition Nos.1 and 6 of the order dated 08.11.2025 passed in Crl.Misc. No.386/2025. Considering the said submissions and also perused the averments of the petition, it is appropriate to allow the petition. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following; 1 For short ‘Trial Court’ - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17113 CRL.P No. 104723 of 2025 ORDER i) The petition is allowed. ii) The condition Nos.1 and 6 of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Crl.Misc. No.386/2025 are modified as under; “1. The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 6. The petitioner shall appear before the local Jurisdictional Police once in 15 days to mark his attendance at Delhi.” iii) The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within one month from today.
