Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The petition has been filed with the following prayer: “… … … in the nature of Mandamus by directing the Opposite Party No.3 Tahasildar, Binjharpur to correct the Hal R.O.R. by deleting the name of the deceased father of the Petitioners No.1 to 8 and 9 to 11 and record the same in the name of the Petitioners and enhance the Hal Map from Ac.0.11 decimals to Ac.0.12 decimals of Hal Plot No.4097 and Ac.0.04 decimals to Ac.0.05 decimals in Hal Plot No.4099 under Hal Khata No.2030 of Mouza- Jari, P.S.-Binjharpur, under Tahasil-Binjharpur in the district of Jajpur as per Sabik Map and field possession and Govt. of Odisha Revenue Department Gazette Notification vide Letter No.236/R dt.03.01.1991 Revenue & Excise Department No.25251/R dtd.06. May 1999.” 2. On being specifically asked whether petitioners have initiated any proceeding for correction of the Record of Rights as provided under the Orissa Survey & Settlement Act, 1958 and the Rules, 1962 as well as executive instructions and circulars like mutation manual. Learned counsel fairly submits that the petitioners shall move the authority for redressal of their grievances in accordance with law particularly statutes operating in the field. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits since the matter has been listed for fresh admission, he has no instruction and petitioners, if so advised, may move the authority. 4.
