JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2025 Heard Mr. Ansul, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Naresh Kumar Mehta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Satyendra Narayan Singh, learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2010 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. In view of the fact that no reason has been assigned, as to why, the petitioner evaded to cooperate in course of the investigation after he was named by one of the co- accused who has already been granted anticipatory bail and also no reason has been assigned in the bail application, in what Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54938 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 manner, the petitioner can be absolved from the allegation under Section 302 IPC, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. 4.
