The present writ petition has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 19.12.2024 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Muzaffarnagar in Permanent Lok Adalat Claim No. 203 of 2020 (Lalit Baliyan and another vs. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd). 2. It is stated in paragraph-6 of the writ petition that against the aforesaid order petitioner filed a recall application before the Permanent Lok Adalat itself which has already been dismissed. 3. It appears from perusal of the writ petition that order of dismissal of the recall application is not under challenge in the present writ petition. 4. In this view of the matter, a prayer has been made to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order which is under challenge in the present writ petition, after keeping the photocopy of the same.
