Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner seeks implementation of order dated 7th of February, 2024 passed by the Writ Court, whereby the respondents were directed to accord consideration to the claim of the petitioner and pass a speaking order with regard to the release of pensionary benefits. 02. Statement of Facts stands filed by the respondents.
