By the instant petition, the petitioner has alleged non-compliance of interim order dated 18.03.2021, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 405/2021. The operative portion of the said order is taken note of:- “Meanwhile, the respondents shall consider the case of petitioners for continuation in service and regularization in terms of SRO 520 of 2017. The respondents shall also release the legitimately earned wages in favour of the petitioners.” 02. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, it is stated that in compliance to the order dated 18.03.2021, respondents have considered the case of the petitioners in accordance with law/rules governing the field vide consideration order No. ULBK-LEG/284 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025, thereby rejecting the claim of the petitioner being devoid of merit. 03. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the order dated 18.03.2021, in its letter and spirit.
