In view of aforesaid submissions, it is apparent that legal heirs of deceased appellant are not interested to contest the matter. In ( 2025:HHC:7043 ) view of death of appellant and the non-substitution of his legal heirs, appeal is dismissed as abated as well as for want of prosecution.
