In response to the said order, the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge A ANNAJEE RAO Digitally signed by A ANNAJEE RAO 2 (FTC) Janjgir Champa has informed by his letter dated 20.01.2025 that the trial of the said case could not be concluded within the stipulated time of four months and out of 11 witness, 6 have been examined so far and 5 witnesses are yet to be examined, as such, he sought 3 months’ further time for disposal of the case. Considering the request made by the learned ASJ, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible without any further delay.
