1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Chairman, Titagarh Municipality that their Board has taken a decision to comply with this Court’s order dated 20th June, 2024.
3. They have also received clearance from the Director of Local Bodies. They are waiting for the petitioner to come forward with necessary testimonials.
4. In that view of the matter, the writ petitioner shall sit with the Chairman, Titagarh Municipality on 6th March, 2025 at 2 pm along with his testimonials. Upon verification of the testimonials, the writ petitioner shall be issued letter of appointment by the Chairman, Titagarh Municipality.

5. The aforesaid order is made entirely based on the submissions of the learned counsel for the Chairman, Titagarh Municipality.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application is disposed of.
7. Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.
8. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
9. There will be no order as to costs.
10. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
