Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to and relies upon earlier order dated 28.05.2025 in this connection. 3. Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the respondents. 4. The petitioner has placed on record earlier order dated 28.05.2025 permitting the payment of additional security deposit in six equal monthly installments. Likewise, in this case, the petitioner is permitted to pay the additional security deposit of Rs.25,55,561 /- in six equal monthly installments.
