Petitioner has moved an application seeking transfer of proceedings of some civil suits from the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Srinagar to some other court within district Pauri Garhwal. 5. According to the petitioner, the Transfer Application was filed on 26.04.2025, which is pending before the District Judge, however, the Trial Court concerned is in great hurry to decide the suits. 6. Having regard to the fact that petitioner has applied for transfer of the proceedings, this writ petition is disposed of with a request to learned District Judge concerned to consider petitioner’s prayer for transfer, as per law within three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Learned Trial Court is requested to keep proceedings of the suits, transfer whereof has been sought, pending for a period of three weeks.
