In view of such statement made at the bar by learned advocate for the respondent No.2, Mr.Karia, learned advocate for the petitioner No.1 and 2 Mr.Gogia does not press for this petition qua petitioner nos.1 and 2 and impugned order is quashed and set aside qua the respondent No.3- company, which has gone into the liquidation.
