Additional Government Pleader Mr. Hiaul Haque ..for the State Mr. Chowdhury, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of the Court to the Udyog Adhar Registration of the respondent no.2 company and submits that the said company being a medium enterprise, the provisions of Chapter V of the 2006 Act shall not apply in the case on hand. He places reliance upon the Madhya Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council Rules, 2017 and submits that since the second respondent company is the medium enterprise the 2017 Rules shall also have no manner of application to the case on hand. The learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.2 company submits that a new document has been produced by the petitioners in the affidavit in reply and 2 for such reason the second respondent should be given an opportunity to deal with such document. It will be open to the second respondent to file a supplementary affidavit dealing with any document which may have been disclosed by the petitioners for the first time in their affidavit in reply. Let such affidavit be filed on or before March 27, 2026 upon serving an advance copy of the same to the learned advocate on record of the petitioners. The Interim order is extended till the end of the month of April, 2026. List this matter on 22nd April, 2026 at 4 p.m. under the same heading. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
