The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent filed the affidavit of the respondent and on perusal of the same, it is revealed that even before the direction issued by this Court, the accused had departed to the United Arab Emirates and thereafter he did not return to India. In pursuant to the distress warrant now the look out circular was issued as against the accused.
