These matters are taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Mr. Rajib Lochan Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present four bail applications by praying to grant liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within three months hence. 3. Accordingly, the present four bail applications stand disposed of as withdrawn and the learned trial Court is requested to dispose of the cases as expeditiously as possible. 4. The petitioners are, however, at liberty to renew their prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within three(3) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order by the learned trial Court.
