Before the Labour Court, the petitioner - Corporation took a contention that the award in KID No.16/2009 is questioned in Writ Petition No.68053/2011. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of this Court that W.P.No.68053/2011 challenging the award in KID No.16/2009 is dismissed and said order has attained finality. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that W.P.No.68053/2011 is dismissed. 5. Under these circumstances, the contentions raised in the present petition that the order passed by the Labour Court - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:15475 WP No. 100488 of 2015 under Section 33-C(2) of the Act of 1947 has to be set aside does not warrant any interference given the fact that the impugned order is passed in terms of the award in KID No.16/2009. 6. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 7. The petitioner - Corporation shall pay the amount adjudicated within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
