Cr.MP No. 761 of 2025 By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for extension of time to comply with order dated 22.07.2024, whereby this Court stayed the substantive sentence imposed by the learned Court below subject to deposit of 50% of the compensation amount within a period of six weeks and furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court. Though having taken note of the fact that repeatedly time was extended by this Court, enabling applicant/petitioner to do the needful, there appears to be no justification to grant further adjournement, but by way of indulgence and as a last opportunity, one week’s time, as prayed for, is granted to the applicant-petitioner to comply with order dated 22.07.2024 passed by this Court in Cr.MP No. 2917 of 2024, failing which, interim protection granted vide aforesaid order shall come to an end and non-applicant- respondent would be at liberty to get the judgment of learned trial Court executed in accordance with law.
