This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the representation of the petitioner dated May 7, 2025. 3. Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perusing the material on record, we are of the view that the petitioner should approach the competent authority under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006.
