In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit disclosing that the order of Writ Court has been complied with, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the applicant. 4. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 6.
