This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 18.11.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 76454 of 2024 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender. 3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bonds before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58583 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 (Rupees Ten thousand) each in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail- bonds. 4.
