Case called out. Learned counsel for the applicant is not present, whereas, learned Standing Counsel is present. 2. The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 41551 of 2024. 3. Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, the learned Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party, which is taken on record. On the basis of affidavit, he submitted that Writ Court vide its order dated 20.02.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 41551 of 2024 directed for deciding the application of applicants within a period of six weeks. He next submitted that application of applicant has been decided vide order dated 15.04.2025 therefore, application has become infructuous. 4. I have considered the submission of learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party and perused the order dated 15.04.2025. Prima facie, order of Writ Court dated 20.02.2025 has been complied with. 5. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. 6.
