Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 3. 2. Notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed. 3. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11879 WP No. 106658 of 2025 a. A writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned provisional list dated 18.08.2025 vide Annexure-F to issue by the respondent No. 1 to.3 in so far as petitioner concern in the interest of justice and equity. b. Issue the writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no 1 to 3 to consider the objection given by the petitioner to the provisional list vide Annexure-H dated 22-08-2025 before the respondent no 3 in respect of serial no 14 App no. AW1063219 of the provisional list in Circhanagudda-2 Anganawadi centre in Kanakagiri Taluk Koppal District in the interest of justice and equity. c. Any other writ or direction, which this Hon’ble court is deems fit under the facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 4. The petitioner had applied for the post of Anganvadi helper for Circhanagudda-2 Anganvadi Center. His submission is that the petitioner belongs to the ST category. The petitioner having received the caste certificate, income certificate in relation thereto from the competent authority and had submitted the Marks card indicating that the petitioner has secured 499 marks. Despite the same, when the provisional list was announced, her name was not found mentioned in the said provisional list and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11879 WP No. 106658 of 2025 persons lower than her marks, had been selected in the provisional list. In pursuance of which, the petitioner submitted her objections on 22.08.2025 at Annexure-H. 5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the provisional list is required to be set-aside since the petitioner has secured more marks. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion that since a representation/objection has been submitted and final list is yet to be announced, the present petition is premature. 7. Needless to say, the respondents would have to consider the objections filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and passed necessary orders prior to serve the publication of the final list. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11879 WP No. 106658 of 2025 8.
