Case No. 35/2025, registered for offence under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(3), 76 & 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of sister of informant with Farsa. Doctor has found the injury grievous. 4.
