It is a case of the petitioner that his land is recorded as tea estate in the master plan prepared by the respondent no.2/Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (“Authority”), whereas the petitioner is recorded bhumidhar of the land in question Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the land in question is bhumidhar land of the petitioner. But, it has wrongly been shown tea estate in the master plan prepared by the respondent no.2/Authority. The petitioner has given multiple representations Learned counsel for the respondent no.2/Authority would submit that against the master plan objection were also invited. The petitioner has also filed objections. He was also given a personal hearing. The draft of final master plan is under preparation and the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered at the stage of preparation of final plan. The Court takes on record the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.2/Authority.
